Any user / customer can browse our website without giving any personal information. Only when placing an order through the online store at ikosMed.com, relevant information for the implementation of the order is requested. Specifically, for the convenience of the customer during the order the creation of account is sought. Customer has the opportunity to continue the order if he or she wishes without creating an account as well. During checkout it is requested the necessary information for the issuance of legal documents (Customer name, full address, phone, etc.).

At any time, user / customer has the option to request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. This is achievable by sending an email to us at info@iksomed.com. 

At any time, user / customer has the option to request to totally remove his data. This can be done by deleting his account. This is achievable by navigating to “My Account” page and click the link “Delete Your Account”. After deleting the account we are holding user / customers data for a month in back ups and then the data are totally removed.

For safety reasons no personal critical data of customer’s credit card are stored (credit card number, number cvv2/cvc2, expiration date). The payment process takes place through the PayPal, which provides security of your transactions through the Internet and privacy of your data.
