Return & Refund
Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval.
If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing please notify is within 5 days by phone, fax, or email to request replacement or refund. If you notify us after 5 days we may not accept the return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 5 days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that if you discover an error prior to receiving an item purchased or upon receipt you determine an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted please notify us directly as soon as possible.
Certain items cannot be returned if opened or used. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin products, incontinent briefs and underpads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items.
